My sister and I met for a burger tonight after work. It was pretty busy and we did wait awhile but the first bite told me this was worth the wait. I picked up my drink to was down my bite and the lid popped off. Coke Zero. EVERYWHERE. My burger was swimming. I was feeling pretty dumb and started cleaning up but my sister took my receipt to the front, told them what had happened, and they insisted on making me a new burger to replace my sopping wet one. That burger was even better!...

Just wanted to give a shout out to the team working tonight (I counted four guys, not five, but maybe there was one in the back).

They had a special on today for National Cheeseburger Day and were slammed. My dining companion accidentally knocked their drink over and completely flooded their burger. I ran up to the counter and explained and they made a new one. They were very kind about the situation and wouldn’t let us pay for the replacement burger. Awesome...

first time dining at this particular location and i know i'll be back! bit pricey but a helluva bang for yer buck, the gravy comes in a giant container and bag fries galore per regular five guys standards. came starving, left hobbling to the car. best cheesedog in the city!
