I've had this bowl a dozen of times at other locations and it was much fresher. The vegetable seem a bit wilted but it really was the attitude of the workers. The cash wasn't working correctly so I had to wait a few minutes for them to restart the cash. Then my bill did not print correctly and all I had was my debit receipt. When freshii first opened a year ago in my area service, food, and quality were good. However, over the last few months portion sizes have decreased, ingredient quality seemed to have decreased, and they discontinued double meat for $1 dollar. At first was worth the price but I am not willing to pay more for less.

Was very reluctant to try until a friend brought lunch from here and my opinion since then had changed. We had wraps, chips and the drink. I'm not a fan of wraps, but the drink was something I'll be coming again for.
