I stopped in the other day with some ideas around Christmas gifts that we needed and the awesome staff got our budget, asked tons of questions, followed all the restrictions we had and by the next day called me to let me know it was all ready to go! Service was quick and staff were very attentive to customers. My milkshake was perfect, flavour and texture perfect.
I would recommend it to anyone in the mall as it has not only milkshakes and ice cream, but also hot offerings, including one of my favourites hotdogs.“

We were all impressed by the variety of flavour and toppings options, especially the chocolate covered Swirlberries and two different cookie dough options! My little boy loved all the bright and colourful displays! Part of the seating area looks like there may be an option to book for a private event space, I'll have to look into this for future birthday parties.“

“Got an ice cream cake, which has always been kind of a staple for our family birthdays. After this will never get one from this location again. the quality was terrible. there was no chocolate ice cream whatsoever ever on the bottom . very thin layer of cookie and no fudge. normally I wouldn't care. but when It comes to children's birthdays and a place that ust to pride them selves in there cake shows they have no regard for providing a quality cake for children's birthdays is just terrible. my children were devastated. I get this location has gone down hill. but come on. if you guys can't even make the cake you are famous for. close the doors“

“I just wanted to come on here and rave about this Dairy Queen. I had ordered a blizzard and realized after getting home and eating some of it that it in fact did not have fudge in it. I didn’t have the energy to drive back and ask for refund etc. instead I let them know I was sad this happened but understood. Well this kind business sent me a voucher. I never thought I’d hear back nor was it the end of the world for me. But I just wanna say how awesome it is for them to read the info left for them from customers. So word of advice if you’re nice and patient they really do fix things. So thanks so much for being awesome! Definitely will keep coming back.“

“I went back to DQ for their yummy banana split. I had a tasty cheeseburger with a double patty for lunch. The food looked great, and there were plenty of seats and tables. The menu offers a wide variety of choices. I'll definitely go again and try the blizzard next time.“

“A little too noisy for me. I was brought up that children were seen and not heard. We kept the volume down also. It's a restaurant, not a playground.

Parking: It's very courteous parking. People are very contientous and they drive slow for children and adults with disabilities.

Wheelchair accessibility: No complaints. Nice heavy door which makes it more difficult for children to open and run out into the street.

Dietary restrictions: There is a good selection of soft drinks.It's too bad they took away the napkins. Not all of us are hogs. Some of us just take what we need. Also I am a very clean person and Dairy queen is always very clean!☆☆☆“
