Put in an online order for pick up on my way home from work to be ready at 5:53 according to the email confirmation I got. I arrived on time to pick it up and waited over 10 mins for the front clerk to even look in my direction and still had to say excuse me multiple times. Asked about my order, she went to the back and when she came back to the front still did not say anything to me. They gave me alllll the wrong sauces for my tenders. Actually… I was given a choice on the app of three sauces and I choose 3 different sauces(buttermilk ranch, bbq and Carolina mustard) and ordered a 4th(plum).. then they gave me 3 plum sauces.
They also gave the wrong size of macaroni salad. Which I went. Back to the store and exchanged for the proper one.
And gave me the wrong size of gravy. Asked for an individual and they gave me a large.. I’m not mad...read full review
