Usually when it takes a while to get your food, even "fast food", ots a sign the food is typically better.That just isn't the case with KFC anymore. The old recipe I grew up with is completely gone. Extra crispy isn't.Just isn't worth the atrocious amount if money you are charged as well. I think KFC is hanging on because if sentimental value...it definitely isn't because of value for your dollar or giid quality anymore.
Food was cooked horrible.The chicken had no flavor. And The fries we're dry.The gravy was to thick. And cold.I wouldn't recommend eating here.I am curious to know why kfc hires anybody and why they hire people who don't know what they're doing? Or how to cook. Kfc has gone downhill over the years.

Good is to expensive bathroom was dirty and people where not their to great me when I walked in and was not friendly food was luck warm and greesy, the food was not fresh or even hot I got sick after eating it will not go back to that one

Unfortunately I had to give one star to leave a review. The food was horrible. The macaroni salad was runny, the coleslaw soggy, soggy fries, the gravy tasteless and I’m pretty sure the chicken was re-fried from the day before. It was greasy, burnt, the skin was sliding off the pieces of chicken…overall, not fit to eat at a cost of $58. Avoid the south Albert location.

I went there between 10:16 pm - 10:49 over 33 minutes according to google maps. Worst experience ever it was cold and the doors were locked at 10:00 at night and I remember going here as a teenager/ young adult and my friend it was always open them and you can order your food hassle free and get great customer service. Well not anymore it was closed and I got back into my SUV with and tried ordering in the drive thru and he couldn't understand me and told me to pull up to the window and told me that he would not take my coupon because it's only online and said that he would not give me any food. I said to him I drove all the way here so I can get chicken for my family I would please like to get some food what could order I just wanted chicken for my wife and daughter and he told me he would give me a couple of sliders and 6 chicken pieces. I assume because they were keeping the rest of the food for online orders only! I asked if I could at least get two sides"salads" and gravy and he said sure fine. He was very rude and did not accept the coupon and refused to let me order what I wanted So instead of getting the Colonel's bucket for $36.99 ended up paying $50 dollars and when I got home there was no gravy, no side's, no fries and the chicken was old/past hold time and know because I used to work at Wendy's and A&W as the main cook manager when I was younger. The corn was burnt also. It was -58c by the time I got home and wasn't going to drive back with my family. Ended up having to eat the most disgusting meal from KFC with my family and my wife and daughter were heartbroken and felt ripped off. I would suggest that if you want good food and service to think twice about this location. What is the point of sending out coupons in the mail anymore if it's only online just wasting paper! I will never go back to this location again. I will not give them my business again. I am grateful that my family didn't get food poisoning it was so disgusting and gross. What a hassle and a ripp off. I also want my money back.

Go to any other KFC. I should have left when I saw the staff. Lazy immigrants run this place. I ordered a Spicy Big Crunch combo. I get to the window and he says "Big crunch combo" and I reiterate SPICY he whispers spicy into his microphone and the guy in the back starts glaring at me as he starts opening the regular big crunch he just made for me.This lazy prick opens it up and puts the spicy sauce on top of the mayo and gives it to me.It was the sloppiest sandwich I have ever seen I had to chuck it. Was 90% sauce. So in short I got punished because the guy taking my order didn't listen. Didnt repeat my order back to me. Didnt do his job.No offense but if you hire these people expect a sharp decline in business.

So- after I left my review below, within five minutes I got a free popcorn chicken coupon from KFC. As if that makes up for their brutal hygiene or gross meals? 1 free 3$ order of popcorn chicken? Lol- not even reimbursing my meal? Nope. They are saying “Have 4 popcorn chicken pieces” lol. I wouldn’t want them anyhow because the place is repulsive.Thanks for not making this right KFC.So many things- soggy food, hard to order etc. but worst and grossest of all is this-They call your order by food and not number or receipt. FYI the meals all sound the same ie) “extreme two piece meal” or “two piece meal” who knows…. When you go to pick up at the counter there is No verification it’s yours. Like- no need to show a receipt, nope! Just take any meal and go. Great place to get a free meal FyI. Needless to say many many orders are the same.I accidentally took someone’s food to my car. I Opened it to make sure it was all there. Fiddled with the food with my HAND inside the gross soggy food box. Realized it was NOT my order. When I returned and said “ this order isn’t mine but it’s likely not good because I handled the food”, it they put it on the counter and gave it to the next person who ordered that exact meal!!!Ew ew ew ew ew ew!!Sooo much wrong with this- but hey!
