KFC offers good food, with hits and misses depending on the order. They have removed Dr. Pepper, which might be be a positive change. Online ordering is available, and the drive-thru service is efficient. The South Albert location serves hot and fresh meals. Some customers miss the SNACKWICHES and wish for better sides like potato salad and coleslaw. Recent reviews mention that food is often prepared quickly, though there can be longer waits for items like extra crispy chicken. The staff is praised for their good service, and the menu includes vegetarian options like a plant-based burger. Customers appreciate the tasty chicken, including juicy cutlets and nuggets, and feel the food is of high quality compared to other locations. Despite occasional issues with menu availability, overall, it remains a popular spot for fast food.
