“Been to Beaks Chicken for the first time and I was very pleased with my food. Loved the chicken and would gladly go back just for another plate. Very filling and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend it to chicken lovers or not. I don't normally go for chicken but would gladly take this over beef“

“Beaks chicken is open again! Definitely delicious chicken still! 4 star review is all due to the chicken. Unfortunately the Fries are now crinkle cut plain jane and super disappointing. Especially when the old fries are homeade and not many options for sides at all, I want a good fry. The Honey hab sauce is also not quite the same. It was literally my weakness. I'm not sure obviously what the change is, but it looks and tastes not quite how it used too.“

“Would have rated it higher if not for the taste of the chickenjoy which has changed from the time they opened initially a couple of years back, which was closer in taste to what it actually tastes back in the Philippines. Now, it tastes different, like a downgrade from the original. Been back a couple of times but no improvement of the taste of the chicken. Hope they bring back the quality of the taste back to how it should be.“

“Just like any other KFC, their food is made with their standards of same food at different locations. The one draw back was the cashier, he stood there while waiting for us to decide our order. No smile, no greeting, just stood there as if he was bored and couldn't be bothered with customers.“

“It was a nearly 30 min wait for the bucket I ordered after arrival. There were 2 food delivery services waiting for food when I got there & one said he had been waiting nearly 30 min for his order. The wait was long, but at least the food was fresh.“

I ordered by mistaken double topping sandwich without I noticed, but I went there to tell them , the employee offer me she will make me another sandwich, I am so satisfied on their customer service. Thanks“

“We really like this place. We ordered a menu, but we were not given the menu we wanted, but after my daughter asked for a replacement, they replaced the menu and everything was fine. The food in KFS in Canada is at a height, compared to Poland, it contains a lot of meat, concession rates, cutlets and nuggets are juicy and tasty.“

“I have delt with this kfc for a long and since there has been total change of staffing there the food and service is in the toilet! I have been hung up on, talked to rudely. My orders are never totally filled, I’ve ordered small fries, never get them, ordered dark meat in a dinner and it’s been white meat, this last order was a festive sandwich nothing else and small gravy. The chicken hardly filled the bun was so dry it was hard to chew, never got gravy and could hardly see stuffing and there was some red but nothing resembling cranberry sauce. Anyone I talkto have had multiple problems at that location and have said they won’t be back. One time I was waiting for a family bucket, was watching the fella filling an order, he dropped a piece bent and picked it up and put in the order. Guess I’ll have to go to Mary Browns they have great chicken so far.“
