Food was cold and tasted like it was heated twice as I started eating the fries once through the drive thru. I called back to let them know and I was told it was freshly cooked and was hot. I said their warmers can't be working correctly then. Will think twice before going back.
The food was great ? but the service sucked ? ? The woman serving us was extremely slow, hard of hearing and forgetful. She wasn't friendly at all, didn't give me my receipt, didn't give me any sauce after asking which sauce I wanted, didn't ask which side I wanted and basically seemed like she was sleep walking. The prices have sky rocketed and the pieces have gotten much much smaller. We love KFC but not at the prices they are charging now. Hope someone will review their business plan and provide value for the dollar, we miss it but go other places where our dollar goes further.
