I don't think I will be going to this KFC location anymore.I asked for the popcorn chicken bowl and was told that they do not have that anymore. That was fine, but then when I asked if they still have mashed potatoes, the girl on the drive thru headset laughed at me.How was I to know?The last time I was their, as I do not live in Regina, they still sold them, and I got laughed at??Yea, I do not appreciate that at all. That girl on the drive-thru headset that laughed at me made me feel like I was stupid and that I should have known.I'm from out of the city approx 1 hour away and this is how employees are going to treat paying customers...?Especially the ones that travel almost an hour to Regina...Never going here again.

Title: Disappointing Experience at KFCI had 3 time in last 6 months bad experience of dining at my local KFC, and I must say it was an overall disappointing encounter. I had high hopes for a satisfying meal, but sadly, KFC failed to deliver on multiple fronts.Firstly, the food quality was extremely underwhelming. The chicken was cooked in a bad oil and lacked any sort of flavor. I know management wants to save food cost and labour cost to increase their profabilty and bonuses. I have worked in KFC for few years back in England so i know what are KFC standards. This food was absolutly bad my 6 years old daughter said that this is not good food at all.I will not recommend this restaurant to eat food.

Overall the service was great, chicken was a bit greasier that what I prefer. But would return.
The supervisor should be able to refund one of the transactions made without the help from the manager, without getting mad! He refused to give full refund for their mistake but one of the workers gave us refund in money change.

Eat here quite often, never had poor quality like this before. Dressing was soggy, gravy was runny and oily, the breading on the chicken was light and falling off. Even the online ordering wouldnt work. Overall poor experience. Not sure we will be returning to this location.

No location deliveres to my address in Regina. The Starlight Drive location is the closest, but doesn't deliver here. I'm near the Husky truck stop. It's close by their location. Tried to order and told they don't deliver to my area. No other store delivers here either as it's not in their jurisdiction. Too bad nobody can bother to deliver, I put in a $65.00 order, but had to choose chinese instead. I guess I'll need to find another chicken place.

Store not very clean and lady at counter was rude. A regular customer walked in behind us so she started making his order before taking our order "because he's there a lot and always gets the same thing. Just because you know what he's going to order, does not make it okay to cut people in line.
