I just purchased one chicken and one steak pot pie at Co-op. These are AMAZING! So delicious. The pastry is so flakey. The chicken was my favorite. Real pieces of chicken and rosemary...ugh...the best pie I have ever had!! I enjoyed the steak, however I am a whimp and found that there was slightly too much pepper for me. I will definitely be buying again and highly recommend!
The best pastry, hands down. The pies are amazing, my favorite are the pastys!!
If you haven’t checked out Chef Malcom’s amazing pies and pasty’s, and all his other yummy goodies, WHY NOT!! Seriously the best pastry I have ever had, full to the brim with delicious fillings, get it hot (but make sure you get extra as there’s always one that doesn’t make it home😂) for lunch or dinner or there is frozen available as well most times and on top of that it’s always service with a smile!

Chef Malcolm's Handmade Pies is a hidden gem that serves up hearty and unique meat pies packed with flavor. The pies are freshly made and hot out of the oven, filled with bite-sized meat and sauce. Customers can try the chicken ham or steak stout options, and are encouraged to order extra for later as they are "that good". With friendly service and affordable prices, this small business is a must-visit for a flavorful treat. However, there is no seating, so customers should be prepared to grab and go.
Reviewers have praised the quality of the pies, describing the "Best Cornish Pastie" they've ever had, including those from the UK. The pies are also described as "Amazing" with a variety of flavors, just like being back in England. Customers have particularly enjoyed the flaky pastry and the real pieces of chicken and rosemary in the chicken pie, although one reviewer found the steak pie slightly too peppery for their taste.
