Opa! Of Greece Grasslands at Harbour Landing

I wish I could give zero stars. I went in to buy a Coke, and the cashier — I believe her name was Gurveer — was whistling while handing it to me and showed extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Very disappointing experience.

They were very busy today as expected it was lunch time but they didn't get my order started and I had to get back to work. I asked for a refund so the cook was a bit surprised I wanted my money back. She eventually gives me $15.25 the cost of the calamari and salad. She didn't include the extra sauce and taxes. I told her I wanted my money I paid. She grabs the tip or donation box and gives me another 35 cents and I told her I wasn't tipping her for nothing. So she grabs a twoonie and throws it at me in front of other customers and doesn't apologize at all. I called into regional manager who was empathetic about this terrible service. I am thankful for the quick response and apology. The Grasslands area already has a bad reputation because of its residents but now it's the employees at the businesses located there that make it a terrible experience.

1 person in front of us. Takes our order and 4 others. 2 people after us got their order before ours, nothing about ours was complicated, so why? Then took fries outa my takeout tray to top up another order for person that was after us. Tzatziki was watery and not full to top of container. Plus, 1 person working lunch hour with multiple people waiting? Come in.

We ate there yesterday,looked up the reviews before and sounded pretty good.
But the Food has nothing to do with Greek Food.There is a reason why it's called Gyros, because the meat is roasted on a vertical rotisserie and then cut down in chunks with a knife.Here you get some sad frozen meat Chips heated up and taste like nothing. Every Greek would be ashamed about that.
Never again and not recommended.

Good service, wonderful food, and ambiance

I had tried to pre-order for pickup on their website but missed a button (totally my bad - one of those days) so when I went to pick up my order, of course, they had no clue. But instead of just shrugging it off helplessly or making me feel like the idiot, they stopped to help solve the problem and cheerfully retook my order - and all a the peak hour 5pm! Less than 15 minutes later I had my order and on my way home! Really appreciated the curtesy and efficiency of the staff and would highly recommend going here! (Ordering online is easy, too, but you’ll miss out on a great in-person experience. 😉)

Good food with fast service

The food tasted good as usual, but just the amount they give you in this location compare to the East location is absurd, considering the how much I paid for it ($16.48) is not worth the money anymore. Not to mention the amount you have to pay for an extra tiny amount of sauce that comes with it ($1.35). I would of understand if it were a lot in a larger container, but $1.35 of about 2tbs of sauce?!? Again, ABSURD. That amount should be complimentary to customers if they only want 1 extra sauce. Safe to say, I’m never going back here again and I will only eat at the East location only.

Cancelled my doordash an hour before close after waiting 40 minutes for my order

By the time I repeated myself very clearly 6 times over I didn't even want to eat. The people don't listen to the person ordering. It's ridiculous. Calamari wasn't even crunchy it was mush . Won't be back.

Quiet, clean, good ambiance. Nice place! My issue is with the smallish size of the Greek salad that I had. Certainly not a meal, but costed $12...and the pop is pricey. When my friend asked the employee to add to the salad, he said no.

We ordered take out food from this location and it never got delivered. We tried to get our money back but they refused. We had to take it all the way to head office where they issued a refund. They also provided me with a 50 dollar gift certificate as a token of gratitude for my troubles. This store has now refused to take my 50 dollar gift card and has said there computers are currently not able to process them. I have phoned and tried to go in for the past month to see if they are ever working and they are not. Please for the love of God stay away from this opa!
