OPA! of Greece Rochdale Station

I have been going to this location for a long time. It’s always provided great service and delicious meals. Recently my order was made incorrectly. I called the location and informed them of this they were apologetic. When I was able to go back at the soonest, they remade the meal correctly at no charge. I appreciate that they were able to rectify the initial error made and for their excellent continuous customer service.

Placed a on line order for pickup. When I went there it was ready. Came home 1 order was the wrong salad and on both orders no Taziki sauce .When I called them there answer is to drive there and back on my gas expense to receive only what they screwed up. What a way to run a business.Can’t believe they’re still in business.And then all they send is a generic response, which means nothing.

My husband and I were here in November for a quick supper (Nov 11, around 5 pm), and witnessed the most uncomfortable interactions between the two staff working. There was a man taking orders and a woman making the food, and the man repeatedly berated the woman for seemingly small infractions. His reactions and level of frustration were incredibly unprofessional, and could be heard throughout the restaurant. The woman was outwardly very calm and polite, but I can only imagine how she was feeling inside.

Worst customer service and associate named “Marina” was very rude and uneducated about her business. She didn’t know what she was doing and wasted my whole lunch break calling other people and at the end she refused to give me food.Worst experience…

Was just at Opa Rochdale Regina, I witnessed some of the most unprofessional service. I walked in and the first thing I hear is the franchise owner Marina Evangelina Q Lopez talking to her employee and threatening to take his job away in front of me. She then realizes what she was doing as I was giving her a weird look. I continued to make my order as she continued to bicker at the employee serving me, asking him to “read the order” to her. I was also with my girlfriend and I could not stand just watching her put this guy under so much stress, the employees face was red as he served us. I decided to speak up and told her that the way she is handling the situation is extremely unprofessional, she decided to start arguing with me telling me that she has to be there to watch him as he is a newer employee and she claims that he is nothing but a burden to all the other employees. This is the franchise owner treating the employees like they are worthless. I decided to speak up once again as she was genuinely yelling at this guy making my wrap. I told her again she is highly unprofessional and that is not how someone should be treated in their workplace. She continued to try and justify herself, claiming she just talks loud and he’s a new comer that does not understand… Regardless this situation made me really uncomfortable and shout out to Part for the amazing sandwich.

Feta Cheese was obviously rotten in a bowl we ordered, smell was apparent to our entire table and smelled terrible. After asking for a new bowl they tried to ask me to pay for a new one. Unacceptable quality of service and food.

Today I went to grab takeout and the customer service was amazing! The young man working was great and so helpful. Unfortunately a terribly rude woman came in and was unkind to him but he was still very kind and helpful. I do not know this young man’s name but he is wonderful!

Restaurant was clean but food was expensive and really bland. It was the first time I tried this chain. Won’t return.

Everything was fine. Troubled by places that restrict washroom to customers. We all need a place to go.

Atmosphere of the place is good. Staff was friendly. The place was quiet when I went. The calamari I ordered was freshly cooked, so had to wait a little bit for that.

Went here on the weekend.. food was good the customer service horrible. Girl didn't care about anything... was given the wrong food
