Bought gifts cards through the Harvard Media auction which were not totally honoured - took a fair amount of debated/explanation and then were charged $10 to use them. Pizza was good at least.

Placed an order Friday at 4pm. Bbq chicken. It was fine tasted okay, went to bed at 830 woke up feeling nauseous and sick. From 1130 pm and ongoing I’ve been puking and on the toilet . Went to the walking in clinic and I’ve got salmonella poisoning. 100000% came from that pizza Never going back there

Horrible. Pizza tasted like cardboard was ice cold no cheese worst pizza place in my life. The driver delivered it and it took over an hour cold as ice uncooked toppings

This place has some of the worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered their "Ultimate Peperoni Pizza" with stuffed crust and I had both specified that I wanted the pizza to arrive at 6:30pm, and additionally, be no contact as I had already paid and tipped online. What I got was none of the above. The delivery driver arrived at 5:30 and rang the doorbell, I was in the middle of something, so I was unable to go and grab the pizza, but I thought "Well, I specified no contact, so my pizza might be a bit cold, but who cares", I find out that the delivery driver waited outside of my door for 3 minutes, and I was shortly after called by the restaurant who told me that I was making the driver wait and that I needed to go out to meet them, so I had to walk out, and have him directly hand over the pizza. Thinking that while that was stupid, at least I had my pizza, that was half my worries. The pizza was terrible, the cheese was gross, the peperoni wasn't good, and the stuffed crust was just a cold stick of cheese in the crust, it was terrible. I implore you to never order from papa johns, there are plenty of other pizza places that have both better service, and better food and don't cost the 32 dollars that I payed, WITH a coupon for 30% off, I will never be getting another pizza at Papa Johns ever again.
Edit: After going through the process of giving another review to the location via the reply, they offered me a 40% coupon to "allow them to prove themselves" as they were "understaffed" during my order, like that excuses anything that happened, absolutely insulting, I am not spending another 25 dollars after this terrible service, If I could leave any less than a 1 star, I would happily do so

The delivery driver was terrible, he spoke hindi half the time and I only speak English. He hung up on us 3 times and we called the nice person at the place and he reconnected us with our delivery driver only for him to say hello twice and hangup within 1 seconds total...
What a disgrace we waited 40 minutes for a rude delivery driver who seems to not even speak English. Fix your problems.
