Ordered online, was told the expected time for order to be ready by (approx 15 mins after order placed) . Arrived a couple minutes after that time to find my order hadn't even been prepared yet. Was another person getting 2 sandwiches and was just finishing up her sandwiches. Got excuses that there was a large catering order. Sure, then why only have 1 person making sandwiches for walk-in customers? I'm sure large catering orders aren't made last minute. Need to rearrange priorities. Why couldn't have my order been made while the other lady was there getting her 2 sandwiches? Why did her order get done ahead of the "large catering order"? Nothing but excuses for poor time management. The sandwich was okay, otherwise it would be 1 star. Won't be visiting this location again, will stick to the north end where they recognize customer service and don't give questionable excuses instead of owning up to incompetence.

The place was immaculately clean, and when I showed up, the person behind the counter was super pleasant and upbeat. He made my sandwich, which was amazing, and gave me advice on routes. All in all, this place is amazing.

If the owner/manager is reading, I was here at 3:00pm on Tuesday, June 25th.

The gentleman that made my sandwich didn't ask me what I wanted on my sandwich and just made the recipe and when I wanted to add extra toppings he said "I can let you have 2 toppings" then I gave him my punch card which he refused to stamp because it was from the north location.. So he gave me a new stamp card and only gave 1 stamp for a large sandwich.. whereas the Northwest location gave me 2 stamps for a large sandwich.. Northwest is more friendlier and over all a better experience. Along with the proper amount of stamps

Service was fast, restraunt was very clean, and staff were very kind! I was in and out in about 5-10 minutes. The hail caeser salad rice bowl, and fuzzy peach smoothie were both very good - I would just ask for an additional dressing next time due to preference. Will be back.

Parking: Good amount of spots shared between the strip mall, and Wendy’s.

We were very impressed with our visit to Press'd on South Albert. The staff were very inviting and offered exceptional customer service! Food was delicious and the recommendations the staff gave were *chef's kiss*! We will definitely be going back to this joint next time we are in Regina.
