It's been a while since I used the app to order online. The app warned me that the timezone didn't match my device's. So it was set for an hour an 15 minutes later. But when I arrived at the store, the friendly staff knew that it was an app bug, and they made my food quickly. The lady at the till was really nice and friendly. The Peppercorn sub is always my favorite after all these years... And the Cauliflower Cheddar soup is to die for!

Eshu(I hope that’s his name!) called us to see when we were coming so that he wouldn’t grill the sandwiches too early. He wanted our food to be crispy and warm for when we got home which was honestly the sweetest thing I’ve experienced in the city.
He should be very proud of himself and the company should be too.
