My recent visit to Quiznos was unfortunately a disappointing one. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a satisfactory experience. When I received my sandwich, I was surprised to find that it was missing several of the toppings I had ordered. I had to specifically request them to be added. The quality of the sandwich itself was also subpar. The meat was so thin and translucent that it was barely noticeable. The majority of the sandwich seemed to consist of bread, with very little filling. It was evident that the restaurant was skimping on toppings and ingredients. To make matters worse, the restroom was in a truly disgusting state. There was visible mold growing on the toilet brush, and the overall cleanliness of the facility left much to be desired. If I had seen the restroom before ordering, I likely would not have eaten there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this particular Quiznos location. The poor service, subpar food quality, and unsanitary conditions make it a place to avoid.

Ordered the meatball sub, picture showed two rows of meatballs. Guy started picking grey meatballs out of a water bath and sliced them in half. Put 3 meatballs cut in half on a 12 inch sub. I walked out.

Very poor customer service , rude girl working , pieced together bread to make a 12” … where do these places find workers because this is ridiculous, who wants a 2” piece of a sub then another 4” and so on smh …. Train the staff and teach them proper customer service

I visited this location with my wife but didn't had a good experience with food. I order 9 inches sandwich veggie guacamole. First, the sandwich was on receipt 9 inches but if I had a measure tape it was like 6 inches. All the veggies were barely in quantity. The guacamole tasted bad. In this economic conditions paid $18.30 and food in quantity was worst. It seems they want to focus more on food cost than providing proper quantity and size of the sandwich. I always preferred Quizos over Subway but lately quizos experiences are getting worst and this location is even not listed on Quiznos website to leave a review with quizos head office.

Wow. Lol I know food never looks like the photo but dam the meatball sub is really sad.I'm just appalled lololplease look at the photo on the menu and look at this? I think one half peice of cheese was added cut in half. Equating to a half slice of cheese on a 9 inch sub. Wow. Please use their photo on menu for reference to what I hoped for?

I thought franchises were supposed to be held to standards. If you like minimal toppings or none at all this is the location for you. Where is the Meat and Veg? It literally looks and tastes like bread only.

Great flavor but practically no meat.. subway at least gives proportional meat rather than toast with a thin slice of ham.. brutal
I thought the meatballs were going to be fresh ground beef type, like regular meatball would be. instead it was almost a leftover meat mix rolled into a ball to sit in hot water all day. and it was grey. should of just said no. I like the place, staff is nice, but that meatball sub was not what expected.

The grasslands Regina store staff was unfriendly and the sandwich was very low on meat. One slice of meat on each half of the sandwich. If this is the way Quiznos is now making sandwiches we will not return.

Customer service had no personality and didn’t want to help. The 12 inch sandwich had 3 pieces of meat on it and minimal vegetables. If you like bread with a slight taste of meat this is your place. Forget quantity or quality! Would never recommend this place to anyone!

To make matters worse, the restroom was in a truly disgusting state. There was visible mold growing on the toilet brush, and the overall cleanliness of the facility left much to be desired. If I had seen the restroom before ordering, I likely would not have eaten there.
