The food was fantastic; 2:00 pm on a Saturday. Very dark inside the restaurant and no music so it kind of makes it awkward to try to talk quieter.

In a world where customer service often seems like a thing of the past, Jeff at Red Lobster is a breath of fresh air. His always happy and outgoing demeanor makes dining here an absolute pleasure. Jeff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every visit is a great experience, which is why I keep coming back. Red Lobster is lucky to have him, and so are all of us who get to enjoy his exceptional service. Highly recommend!
