Tried 3 Rolled ice cream flavours.
Matka Malai, Kaju Matka and Rajbhog.
Rajbhog had Jelly in it and no Dried fruits.
And the other 2 did not any mark as well.

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience my wife and I had at your Rollz Ice Cream location in Regina. As loyal customers of Rollz Ice Cream for over three years, we were disappointed by the poor customer service we received from one of your staff members. It is disheartening when individuals in the customer service sector fail to provide a polite and welcoming demeanor.

Furthermore, we noticed a significant reduction in the portion size of the ice cream we received. Having been regular customers, we are familiar with the standard serving size at Rollz Ice Cream, and the portion we received on this occasion was noticeably smaller.

We kindly request that you address these issues to ensure that future customers have a positive experience at your establishment. Improving customer service and maintaining appropriate portion sizes are crucial for customer satisfaction and the reputation of your business.

I don’t know who is the owner of this business but please Sir/Mam hire friendly & polite individuals to work at your establishment the two women we meet today August 25,2024 at 4:16pm were so rude to me & my husband like we were there to beg for ice cream and they started talking in a different language and laughing we felt so uncomfortable like who does that in this day/age learn some basic human interaction isn’t that hard and even after my husband told the young lady to keep the change she couldn’t even say thank you. I won’t be returning & if you reading this to give your money to another establishment & people who are kind to others & not some bunch of women that will be speaking a different language in front of you & laughing so disheartening to experience this in Canada

Incredible dessert! I had Oreo cheesecake cookies and cream ice cream. Tasty! And the staff were super friendly and helpful

Staff should be trained on food safety so that they will know that using the same gloves to take money and handling food can cause cross contamination.

First and last visit. The lady who took our order handled cash, till, and making the ice cream without changing her gloves. Luckily its not my food! I pointed it out to her and she apologized and continued making the ice cream for the other customer. Very disgusting! When her colleague asked her about it, she just shrugged and said its okay. Totally not okay!

Get ready for the show! very unique experience!, highly recommended if ur into customization of food for that well rounded pallette , definitely a different way to do ice cream other than your regular cone and scoop spot, they put in the time and energy with a smile ?. So worth it and not overpriced!

Kid-friendliness: The ice cream artisan was friendly, patient and interactive with my daughter while she made her choice and even had some suggestions as it was our first time there.

The most worst services and rude behaviours.

Worst place for ice creme I have ever been too. Order our order and pay only for them to say they have nothing we ordered after taking 10mins to figure out how to enter it in the machine. So we ordered something else and had to wait another 10mins for them to figure out how to charge us another 1.12 price difference. About 8 people served before we got our order that showed up after us.
