Very nice bakery with great baked good quality! My only concern is that there is lots of pork in their baked goods and being someone with dietary restrictions, that limited my choices of what to buy! A bit on the pricy side but good quality! I wish they have an option of slicing the bread. When you don’t have access to bread knife, it really challenging to slice the bread! Otherwise, great bakery highly recommend it and worth standing in line

First time visiting there today and was looking for a filled croissant. There was a kimchi one and I also got a plain one. Both were excellent but the kimchi one was outstanding! I'm glad the worker told me it was her favorite. Highly recommend!

Came from out of town,phoned ahead to reserve my choices,very pleasant girl on the phone.Again was greeted at their store by more pleasant employees.Left with my goodies which i'm currently enjoying at home.Everything is quality and i'll be back,and tell others about Saltine Baking
First visit today, the place smells like heaven. Its so good to see fresh baked bread. I bought sour dough bread and almond croissant. Almond croissant was very yummy.

Baguette was nicely made/baked but wasn't advertised as sourdough. Not a fan of sourdough. If they made regular baguettes, we'd be regular customers. Kimchi croissant needed more Kimchi flavour.
