Every Saturday we go to Saltine and get a variety of galettes, scones, turnovers and whatever other things they have for family breakfast. It’s always amazing. Specifically, today, the praline cranberry scones! Wow.

Then … the raisin pecan bread. I don’t have words to explain how important this bread is in my life …

They have the best cherry galette I have ever tasted. It was fresh and the sweetness was just right. I loved the pastry and how it crumbled and melted in my mouth. I definitely would recommend you patronize their services as they have great customer service too. I rarely comment on food in Regina, but I was highly impressed.

Best little bakery I have ever been too. So far I have only tried the cookies but they were to die for. I'm guessing everything else is just as good! Cannot wait to go back and try out some other products :) They also support the local community which is fantastic, places like this deserve our support! 10/10!

Great spelt flower peanut butter cookies; proceeds of my purchase going to YWCA.

The quality of the ingredients used, and the passion for what they do, shine through in each and every product they offer every week.
Some people may complain about price, but when you take care of your staff, use quality ingredients, and make sour dough products that are both tasty and nourishing, that translates into a higher price. Consumers that understand and appreciate that fact, don’t complain about paying a bit more for a quality product. There is lots of packaged bread options, full of additives and non-food I ingredients at the dollar store for those that care most about price above all else.
Keep up the great work, Saltine! The city is lucky to have you!

Great bakery in Regina. Every week there is something new in the menu plus your regular features. Always a treat Thursday to Saturday. Nice thing about the schedule is that you are always looking forward the next week menu. Prices are reasonable considering the high costs of ingredients and their staff at the front are always helpful to explain the ingredients as it can feel overwhelming the first time. Keep up the good work 👏

This is wildly overpriced. $9.50 for a loaf, $5 for a croissant. A baguette is around $6 if i remember right.

To compare to my local bakery in Montreal (which won best croissant, which costs $2.50), $3 for a baguette, and $4.95 for a loaf.

I was hoping to find a decent bakery while visiting, but at these prices, I won't be back. The bread and service were good, but not exceptional, and not worth the extremely high price.

Some of the best baked goods I’ve ever had! The pastries are so flakey with amazing flavours.

Very nice bakery with great baked good quality! My only concern is that there is lots of pork in their baked goods and being someone with dietary restrictions, that limited my choices of what to buy! A bit on the pricy side but good quality! I wish they have an option of slicing the bread. When you don’t have access to bread knife, it really challenging to slice the bread! Otherwise, great bakery highly recommend it and worth standing in line

Dietary restrictions: Check the ingredients because it’s not listed in the store to avoid any issues

First time visiting there today and was looking for a filled croissant. There was a kimchi one and I also got a plain one. Both were excellent but the kimchi one was outstanding! I'm glad the worker told me it was her favorite. Highly recommend!
