I have been coming to Second Cup for a few weeks now and the employees are always so sweet. Especially today. I tried a new drink and it wasn't what I was expecting, however when I let the girls know they had no problem adjusting my drink and made it exactly how I liked it. Thank you Ramija and team for being so understanding and welcoming.

Onsite management is what the cafe desperately needed. That, and a major face lift. The post renovation look is very appealing and it has done wonders for the atmosphere. The two owners and new staff are very friendly and welcoming. Customer service and efficiency is obviously a priority and it shows. It is refreshing to see it looking so clean and cared for which it had not had since the original staff left a few years back. The only negative is the cost of the cookies and cake although it is in keeping with other eateries. Oh, and the temperature. It is often quite cold and my family and I don't stay long. I have friends who won't meet there because of the cool temperature.Congratulations to the new owners and staff. They are doing a great job.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a little tricky to maneuver a wheelchair, but it can be done.

The London Fog was delicious and the server was great but the place needs a cleaning! There was dust on all surfaces. As a person with asthma, I found breathing difficult.
