Onsite management is what the cafe desperately needed. That, and a major face lift. The post renovation look is very appealing and it has done wonders for the atmosphere. The two owners and new staff are very friendly and welcoming. Customer service and efficiency is obviously a priority and it shows. Nice little coffee shop, but clearly a hurting business. Hours are bizarre. Place is clean, but needs something for atmosphere. Walls are nearly bare. Makes it feel even more empty that it is

I have been coming to Second Cup for a few weeks now and the employees are always so sweet. Especially today. I tried a new drink and it wasn't what I was expecting, however when I let the girls know they had no problem adjusting my drink and made it exactly how I liked it. Thank you Ramija and team for being so understanding and welcoming.
