When I went this morning I heard people screaming at eachother in the back. I've been here before and the management has been super unprofessional right in front of customers and has only been getting worse
I was at Starbucks today in Midtown mall, and there was an angry woman who was screening and proceeded to smash a glass bottle with liquid in it. She smashed it right ahead of us while my husband I were standing with our 10 month old baby girl in the stroller. The glass hit my feet and legs, so I am assuming some hit my baby as well. Your barista with the black hair, glasses, piercings and tattoo on the back of her head was awesome. She tended to everyone affected, and made sure everyone was okay. As well as paid for each of our drinks. My first experience at midtown Starbucks was unexpected to say the least- but the barista gets a thumbs up from me- she made my drink perfectly. Wish I would have gotten her name.

Hi. I was there there yesterday with my family and we ordered a few drinks. There was one girl with blonde and brown hair, she was so nasty and had an attitude for no reason. Maybe she was having a bad day? Disrespectful though.

Was here today. I was about half way through the slow moving line and I suddenly reaaaaaly needed to pee. Your barista with black hair and piercings said that the bathroom is for paying customers. I am in a very slow moving line and I’m on the way to buy something. Maybe next time you should tell your associates to have some compassion to things that are happening. Im not a sketchy person off the street. She made some comment and i was over it at that point .The way she handled it was unprofessional
