Usually great service but this last week has gone to shambles. Mobile pick up specifically. Drinks being made and then placed on a back counter instead of brought to mobile pick up. I stood and watched my drink sit for 5 minutes before one of the three staff realized it was there. Missing bakery items. Asked for two, only got one. Used to order here time to time. Only place in the city where the app will work properly for app challenges (sadly, their US HQ doesn't care about Canada). One time had a botched order via size and they made things right. Cannot say the same about the newer locations in town (past 5 years).
