Went through drive thru this morning and was told the chestnut praline latte is no longer on the menu. It still shows up in the menu and on skip the dishes.... it should still be available until after Christmas so not sure why this happened???

I went through the drive thru at this location on a Friday morning and there wasn’t one car in the drive thru but some reason the worker at the window was rushing for me to leave. My drink which was a nitro cold brew was also half a cup full of foam that just tasted bitter and gross which I have never had a nitro cold brew taste this bad before, I assume it was all the foam that usually isn’t on the drink. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location for a while.

This review is long overdue. The staff here are a regular highlight of my day! I get my Cheers moment virtually every time I visit. Worth going out of your way to visit this location in particular! Keep it up, the effort doesn't go unnoticed!

Disabled mad with his Licenced Service Dog was yelled at, was abused by the 2 male looked like teens and behaved like bad children.
Hea was upset that he was standing at cashier and people kept being served and when he complained he was abused with F words and staff essentially ganged up with abuse. I was in shock and left the store and told him I would make review. I will also never go to this location again.

Just waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes to pay $15 for two mediocre drinks, and my drink wasn't even made correctly. I'd rather go to any other cafe in the city at this point.

Normally I am a huge fan of Starbucks, but I went to get my normal drink. I asked for light ice which is normally not a problem and when I ask I was straight up told no. He was very rude about it and didn’t apologize or anything. I would have been fine with the normal amount but I found that the drink was majority ice. Disappointed in the service here.

I went through the drive through and was told by the sales attendant that my debit card did not work and was asked to tap one more time. Come to find out I was charged twice. To make matters worse, the drink was made poorly. I actually threw it our because it was so awful. The last few times I have ordered (at different location) the drinks are made incorrectly or just taste awful. You are paying top dollar for very poor quality coffee. It's incredibly disappointing how far this franchise has gone downhill.

I ordered a pink drink with strawberry cold on top. First the guy who took my order was very rude and then they made my drink with vanilla cold form instead of strawberry cold form n when I told them that’s not what I ordered then he showed me attitude and said oh you ordered vanilla.. seriously I don’t know what I ordered? Ridiculous .. worst service and hospitality wise 0.
