Placed a mobile order at 10:17 got there at 10:20 proceeded to sit and wait until 11 before asking what was taking so long, barista said they were behind. 11:17 (one hour after order was placed) we asked again and they finally made one of our drinks. Waited another 10 minutes for our other drink before we finally asked again. Total time spent in this place just waiting was 1 hour and 25 minutes. We had to ask 3 times to get our drinks. During our over an hour wait many people came and went getting their drinks within 5 minutes. What happened to those who pay first get their drinks first?

First off, this location is usually one of the most consistent places for making great drinks. That’s why my wife and I regularly order pickup drinks in the morning to save time on our way to work.
Unfortunately, our last three iced venti lattes have been noticeably lacking coffee. They tasted more like milk with sugar. This is unusual for this location, as our drinks are normally very good, so we’re hoping this was just a temporary issue and gets back to the quality we’re used to.

I live out of town and I ordered 2 venti. Ice caramel macchiato's ask them for no. Ice so I could add the ice at home. These were the worst coffees I have ever had from this location and I live fifty minutes away from the city.So it wasn't like I could turn around and come back and return them. There was no caramel and it was like drinking milk. I tried calling to complain but no answer

Ive been through twice this week and asked to use my stars... both times, I got a Yes! And then they charged me anyways. You need to do better. You're costing us money.

Went through drive thru this morning and was told the chestnut praline latte is no longer on the menu. It still shows up in the menu and on skip the dishes.... it should still be available until after Christmas so not sure why this happened???
I went through the drive thru at this location on a Friday morning and there wasn’t one car in the drive thru but some reason the worker at the window was rushing for me to leave. My drink which was a nitro cold brew was also half a cup full of foam that just tasted bitter and gross which I have never had a nitro cold brew taste this bad before, I assume it was all the foam that usually isn’t on the drink. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location for a while.

This review is long overdue. The staff here are a regular highlight of my day! I get my Cheers moment virtually every time I visit. Worth going out of your way to visit this location in particular! Keep it up, the effort doesn't go unnoticed!

Disabled mad with his Licenced Service Dog was yelled at, was abused by the 2 male looked like teens and behaved like bad children.
Hea was upset that he was standing at cashier and people kept being served and when he complained he was abused with F words and staff essentially ganged up with abuse. I was in shock and left the store and told him I would make review. I will also never go to this location again.
