Haven’t really been able to complain about a sub from here. While it’s crazy how expensive subway has gotten, this location has the BOGO50 after 3pm which is about $15 for 2 hams or similar. I usually get a decent amount of meat on them. They’re also pretty well made. Was not a fan of the footlong cookie. Regular ones are great though.

I ordered foot long steak and cheese extremely disappointed in the portion for price probably less than half of what they use to put on the sub definitely won’t be back Subway jumped the shark nothing like ripping off your customers with a smile

Instructions weren’t followed, ingredients were VERY shorted no matter how many I added I still ate a bread sandwich. I followed the exact order I used to get and got half of the sandwich I used to get. Very clearly said I didn’t want it toasted but I did want bacon and the whole sandwich got toasted vs just the bacon so I had a crumb sandwich with soggy bacon. Every single ingredient couldn’t be more shorted on. It was slapped together so rough that half the ingredients that were already skimped on fell off. Then the pop machine didn’t have ice working so they tried to force me to get a bottled drink even though I said I don’t need ice. The whole service was met with aggression and hostility and no pleasant customer service at all. Of course at the end they tried to upsell the cookies and chips and give me the tip option on the machine after destroying my order. During my time in the store they also had negative interactions with the 2 people in front of me. I was already done with subway but after a couple years gave it a shot. Never will return to any location but will specifically tell people to stay away from this location

I ordered the same meatballer that I order at every subway. When she scooped out the meatballs, I had to do a double take. I was like, what the hell, these things are so tiny!!! I was like ok whatever fine, maybe they changed their portion sizes which they clearly did. Then when she rung me up, it was over $15! I was like, bruh, this highway robbery. Literally down the street on Dewdney I could have gotten this exact same sub for $13 and regular size meatballs!
Will definitely never ever come back here again.

The subway story really is dead. $17.41 this is a steak and bacon. Look at what you get for the price. I have been regularly coming to this location for a few years. I noticed about a month ago some drastic portion decreases, I finally asked about it today. 3 workers looked and said yep that’s all you get on a foot long. A mouthful of meat spread over the sub. Save your money, it’s time to move on. There is no way, with all the trades people that frequent or use to frequent this place, that anyone will find value in what’s being produced here.
I bought a sandwich for supper and Kevin at the counter was very respectful great communication and made the best sandwich.

I had an outstanding dining experience at Subway, and it was largely thanks to Shraddha's exceptional customer service. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency made the meal even more enjoyable. The food, prepared by Shraddha, was nothing short of fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and made with precision. Kudos to Shraddha for turning a simple dinner into a memorable experience. I'll be returning for more of her excellent service and delicious creations!!
