We have been going to IPC for years. Normally we tolerate the bad service from the one older waitress. But today was the last straw.
We even asked her directly today: “what have we done to you to deserve this”. Naturally she played ignorant. But today she literally took the ketchup off the table before asking if we wanted a second helping of fries (normally we get 2 - unlimited fries).
