Got food poisoning from the scallops, addressed the manager the following day and they completely dismissed us, no caring or concern whatsoever, let alone compensation. We will never eat at The Keg again.

Ordered BBQ ribs food came and I got two pieces of rib meat cooked no sauce. I have eaten ribs in many restaurants and ordered ribs never had do it yourself food. Then I noticed a tiny dressing type dish with brown sauce I tried it and It was spicy hot. I did not order Cajun or do it yourself. Waiter was in a big hurry older guy in charge. Barely came to our end of the table and mostly focused on getting liquor for drinkers. In 2 plus hours he never came near. One of our party was late and his impatience was obvious I am sure it was very annoying but it was a problem. We were the late reservation and no one was using the room afterwards I understood. Usually the keg is fine and had the same order in the past I was puzzled. Won't be hurrying back.

My prime rib was good but about half of it was fat. Service was just acceptable. When you go to a higher end steakhouse you expect higher end service. She was friendly but rarely came back

High quality meat and cooked to perfection. It's what you expect when paying this much for dinner.

I’ve eaten at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Regina Centre Crossing many times over the years, and this place absolutely deserves a 5-star review from me.

I’ve also visited other The Keg locations in Saskatoon and Medicine Hat, but the Regina Centre Crossing location has always been one of my favorites. Every single time I come here, I order the same dish because I simply cannot resist it: the SIRLOIN & LOBSTER 8oz from the STEAK + SEAFOOD menu.

My wife and our two sons love this dish as well. The lobster is always fresh, sweet, and flavorful, while the steak is cooked perfectly medium every time. I truly love the beef here — the quality, flavor, and grilling are consistently excellent. Honestly, it’s addictive. I live in Moose Jaw and still drive more than 70 km just to eat here.

I always order it with the seasonal vegetables and extra WHISKY PEPPERCORN and BÉARNAISE sauces, which make the meal even better.

Another dish I highly recommend is the TUNA TARTARE — fresh, delicious, and a perfect appetizer before the steak arrives.

We’ve even celebrated both of my sons’ birthdays here because the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. And a little tip: if you tell the staff that it’s your birthday, they’ll usually bring you a complimentary dessert that tastes absolutely amazing.

Great food, consistent quality, friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere every visit. Highly recommended if you love steak and seafood.
