Disappointed in the changes, its really taken a dive.. the lumberjack burger is no longer anywhere close to what it was. What bar cant make an old fashioned. The service was fine but not very knowledgeable, clearly no actual training just thrown to the wolves. The atmosphere was fine, depending what your into. Its dark and can be loud, young adults who have the money to burn might enjoy it but a lot nicer options in the area.

Some of the worst service ever. Such long waits for everything. It was about 25 minutes between each time we would see the waitress. We were there for over 2 hours and she never removed a single plate or glass until we had to ask her to bc we were running out of room. The Coors light was completely flat. The were out of Canadian on tap. How in the world can you be out of Molson? I friend at another table said it took 45 minutes to get the bill. Food was decent but service was just bad. There were definitely other customers but I would not can it busy

Food was great. Our waitress was wonderful-friendly , engaging and efficient! Any establishment would be lucky to have her. It was the atmosphere that made us uncomfortable and upset as well as angry. The owner/manager of the establishment ridiculed this wonderful waitress in front of a bunch of customers by telling her that the outside patio tables needed to be set up NOW and it looked terrible out there. This was just finishing up the lunch hour where she was the only waitress working and was still taking meal orders. I can understand why establishments have trouble finding workers if they are treated the way this owner/manager treated this waitress. When he was questioned about his behaviour we were asked if we were owners of a business. Answer is no, but any owner/ manager does what needs to be done when he sees it needs to be done and no job is beneath them. The waitress was visibly upset. DO BETTER-you are a team and waitresses aren’t there for you to ridicule to make yourself look important !!

Ended up at The Tap with a big group of coworkers after the Boston Pizza next door took our reservation weeks in advance but didn't actually reserve any tables. So glad we ended up coming here instead. The service was good and the food was too notch. Boneless dry ribs with a Chili Maple sauce and the Hot Mexican Street Corn Style dip and their house made tortilla chips were absolutely fantastic. Definitely hit the spot. Also shout to The Tap and nearly every other bar in the city for having local beers on tap! You can't NOT get the Pile O' Bones White IPA in this city.

Used to be a great place to go, now takes forever to get food, last 4 times I have went over hour to hour and a half for food to come out, have to catch most waitress for refills. Food quality is still decent. Need better cooking staff to handle the busy and better trained waitress.
A HUGE shout out to the staff at The Tap! After Boston Pizza across the parking lot outright ignored the reservation I made for my co-workers and I (19 people) a quick call to The Tap was answered with excitement and willingness to accommodate us! The service has been amazing and we will be returning!

We hosted a private event at the Tap, and they went above and beyond to make it a success! Caleb was incredibly helpful in planning all the logistics and ensuring everything ran smoothly. On the day of the event, Jenna and Janelle were fantastic servers – attentive, friendly, and efficient. The food was great, and the overall service was top-notch, especially considering how large our group was. I highly recommend this restaurant for any private event needs!
