A last minute decision to take doughnuts to a high school theatre practice. 5 dozen plus Tim bits. Anticipated I would be met with annoyance and suspected I would have to go to more than one location. The manager was happy to accommodate and filled the order quickly. Such a great customer experience!

Absolutely terrible service, even for Tim Hortons standards. Waited 25 minutes in the drivethru at 10pm for a single black coffee. Staff didn't alternate orders between drivethru lanes. I finally had to drive right up to the window to place an order and the lady working couldn't have been less bothered. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

We visited early this morning to grab coffee, expecting the place to be open as advertised (24 hours). However, we noticed two employees sitting inside, using their phones. We knocked several times, but they ignored us. After multiple attempts, one of them finally glanced over and simply shook their head to indicate 'no' without coming to the window to explain. This felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a business that advertises 24-hour service.
This location is so bad. I had bad experience 5 times. I ordered steep tea DD and lady gave me Dd coffee and then I told her that this is not steep tea she wrote ST-DD on same cup but still didn’t gave me actual tea I ordered.Also, I ordered croissant toasted with butter and lady toasted croissant from outside instead of toasting from inside and put butter inside. I never face this problem on any other location in my 7 years of experience. I don’t know why they do this again and again. I’m sure its not only me but other people are also facing same issues in morning only. All my homies are facing same problem. I went to location in the evening to get refund or gift card but the lady refused saying that manager said she should come at same time as I bought stuff while going to work in morning and can’t go back same time to talk to manager. I can understand that they have a time limit but it does take mean that you should waste customer money. I hope this should be taken seriously.

This used to be the best Tim Hortons of Regina. Now it’s the worst. Rude and inexperienced staff that need training. It is 2:18 PM today. I was standing at the front of the line for 20 minutes before someone took an order. The young immature staff was busy laughing talking and trying to figure out how to take an order inside the restaurant.
