Drive thru is really bad, We just went for coffee 8:20PM on Feb, 24.. and the lady was rude… we asked for some sleeves and she was “what do you want?” We’ll try to avoid the location as well… it was not even busy…

Today morning i just visited drive thru at 4845 harbour landing tim hortons and just ordered 2chai latte and 2 everything bagels toasted with butter so at window i told them when i visited last time you gave me cold latte when i ordered hot evenmore it was supposed to be hot but it is unsteamed in hot cup they just ignored me so this time it happened same latte were cold and not well steamed and i asked bagels to be toasted just just burned the bagels….i work at tim’s too so i know the standards work and issues with time management but it doesn’t mean u just ignore the customer to through the stuff towards customers.moreover the server just try to mess with us which doesn’t look and sounds good. U can pull over the car too. Customer can wait but the things u do it doesn’t match the circumstances.

I had a great experience dining in at Tim Hortons! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and quick with service, and my order came out fresh and just the way I wanted. The coffee was hot and rich in flavor, and the food was delicious—especially the donuts. It’s a perfect spot to relax, enjoy a meal, or catch up with friends. Definitely one of my favorite places for a casual bite and great coffee!

Fix your bathroom looks, don’t put a sign saying to ask the staff to unlock and then your staff lies and says the door will automatically lock the door, sheer embarrassment when someone opens the door on you while you do your business
