Whoever started the morning shift in November making iced coffees needs to be fired. Giving sour iced coffees for $4 multiple times, not following basic standard operating procedures.

I had a great experience dining in at Tim Hortons! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and quick with service, and my order came out fresh and just the way I wanted. The coffee was hot and rich in flavor, and the food was delicious—especially the donuts. It’s a perfect spot to relax, enjoy a meal, or catch up with friends. Definitely one of my favorite places for a casual bite and great coffee!

Fix your bathroom looks, don’t put a sign saying to ask the staff to unlock and then your staff lies and says the door will automatically lock the door, sheer embarrassment when someone opens the door on you while you do your business

Dried out bun, a key needed for the washroom (you've got to be kidding) once you get someone's attention, overall sloppy unlike I have ever encountered at a Tim Hortons. The staff were friendly.

I have been a regular customer at Tim Hortons since 2019, but my recent 6–7 visits have been extremely disappointing. It has become increasingly difficult just to place an order because the staff does not listen to instructions. For example, I ordered a croissant and was given a bagel instead. Drink orders are also consistently wrong—on one occasion, I ordered a large drink and the cup was only half filled. When I politely asked for it to be filled properly, the manager rudely told me that “this is all they fill.”
The lack of attention to customer orders and the dismissive attitude from staff is unacceptable. As someone who has been loyal for years, I am very disappointed with how much the service has declined.

There was a offer on the app I wanted to use the offer but the scanner was not accepting that offer and manager did nothing about it . In the end I have to pay full price which was disappointing

Ordered the offers deal $2 any size pineapple dragon fruit quencher but a tangerine quencher was made and charged full price - pointed this mistake out and the proper one was made but had already paid full price.
Not sure how pineapple dragon fruit was heard tangerine.
Didn't get the $2 deal. Oh well, got more.points I guess.

Food was good, Drive-thru was fairly quick, Never went inside to see what it looked like in there but lots of Tim's garbage littered the drive thru area. Should be cleaned up consistently.

You guys need to train jot she doesn’t know what she’s doing and is racially profiling how can someone wait 30 minutes to pick up food because she thinks there trying to steal the ordering go Tim Hortons everyday never had a problem till today
