The lady who was working tonight at the drive through was extremely rude and doesn’t have any idea about her job. It never happened to me before or have seen such thing. first she got the order wrong. And when we asked she literally closed the window on our face. She should have some basic manners or proper training about customer service. Doesn’t even know how to greet or take orders. EXTREMELY PISSED

It was clean. The server was nice. They were busy. The donut holes glazed raise were tasteless. The strawberry filled was ok. The blueberry cheesecake was ok. The chocolate donut holes were moist and tasty. If you want to catch a quick bite, this is the place to go. But if you want something really tasty please go somewhere else.

Did not fill their cups to the top at this location, asked for large ice coffee which by the way are overly expensive for just an ice coffee and only filled 3/4 of cup. Same with my ice capp, was not filled to top. Came back next day and the same thing.

Disappointed by the service at this location on Sunday afternoon. The female staff member at the counter didn’t greet me, seemed very cold, and when I asked for a straw, she threw it on the counter without a word. Courtesy goes a long way—this experience left a bad impression

They are not capable for one star as well! But there was no other option to hit a review..! I went there and told them to make a drink but no body was listening there i called and told 3-4 times but she was busy with other employee so i came without drink..she was like i cann’t make drink even i worked at tim hortons idk why it was so bad customer service they don’t know how to deal with customers never gonna come back to this tim again

Hello I ordered an iced coffee, and I had thought it was sweet as they had given me yesterday when I asked for an iced coffee, however I told them that this is not what I wanted she changed it by taking my coffee back and giving me another she said that for vanilla it’s 50 cents more so she will just charge for that but she charged me the 3.10 and 2.56 for one coffee! Small ICED COFFEE please resolve this this Tim Hortons has gotten out of hand with bad customer service, with rude service and employees getting mad at you

Ordered two different things veggie bowl and veggies wrap, got the ingredients mix up and asked to change they removed lettuce from bowl and didn’t add sauce that lettuce had it on them , didn’t add extra jalapeño just gave the bowl as it is.
