Would give negative stars if possible. The staff is not trained to take orders properly at the drive-through. Despite repeating order multiple times, they messed it up and would not take the order again or restart the order even when requested more than once. We were about to leave when one of the Asian employee steps in for no reason and abuses us and threatens to hit us. He also walks out and demands that- "hit me". Another employee intervened to take him inside. Most horrible experience in terms of service so far. We had a child in the car that was scared beyond words!! We did not understand the reason for the rude behavior by the staff who didn't seem to care; leave alone the service part!!!!

We ordered three wraps .. it took 50 mins to just get wrap... they said they are busy.. and constantly saying 3 more mins and they said they made mistakes and gave order to someone else.. just to make three warps its should hardly tke 5 mins max... even there was no other at restaurant.. hope management reads this ..

Consistent half empty shelves for donuts or bagels, no matter what time of day it is. Pricing has almost caught up to the smaller coffee shops and the quality compared to a local small shop is simply not there.

Its really good place to chill out with friends and family. Even good atmosphere for business meeting as well. Nice ambience with nice food. Only cons that i consider is waiting time to take order. Even store is not that busy only few people on the floor still waied for around 10 to 15 minutes to wait for an order being first in queue. So i think need more staff.

Employees are always in a rush I wanted more to my order but didn’t even give me chance to speak I said one part of the order and then booted me. When u get to the window they don’t even say hi just payment machine and boom order don’t even say by or have a nice day. It’s those little things that matter to people if they aren’t having the best day!Lack of manners
