Last week I went into the drive thru during a massive snowstorm (stupid). Car got stuck in the drive thru. CAA wait time 5 hours. Next thing you know one of the workers comes swooping in like an angel and helps us get out. I wish I got his name. He deserves a raise. The holiday cookies were worth getting stuck for.

I ordered food separately and they put it in as a meal. I just paid 18 dollars for a wrap a donut and a drink when i had a coupon for a drink and a wrap for $8 then I added the donut after.
Of course no total was told to me. Just a mashine shoved in my face.
My fault for not asking I guess but if I wanted it as a meal I would have ordered it that way
I also asked for no tomato in my wrap but they didn't tell me that also meant no cucumbers as well....

Waked-in to order. Extremely slow. Over 15 minutes to get omelet bites & a farmers wrap. Approximately 8 orders, many of them with food, were filled while we waited. Many of the food orders through the drive through were placed after our walk-in order. Watched out the window while people who drove up to the drive through while we waited were given their food and drove off.
