The portion is small compared to the price. We ordered two types of udon, but as some reviews mentioned, it was way too salty… Even after adding water again and again, the noodles had already absorbed too much salt. It was so salty that my tongue felt numb afterward. Overall, the ingredients didn’t seem very fresh. The udon in particular seemed old — possibly freezer-burnt — and even after boiling, the ends stayed hard. Once again, it was just way too salty.
Me and my girlfriend love Wasabi. The staff are so caring and amazing and it has been nice to get to know them over the years. As for the sushi, it is always super fresh and delicious. The service is always super fast and the place is very well kept and clean. Best sushi in town check it out!
