I think it's pretty terrible when you walk into a restaurant a fast food place and you wait 15 minutes just to get served. And no acknowledgement.. but the people who were ahead of got served right away so the worker saw you but they make you wait terrible customer service!!!

Walking into this place felt less like entering a business and more like interrupting a secret meeting. The staff looked at us like we were there to rob the place, not buy anything. No greetings, no smiles, not even the classic awkward nod. Just pure suspicion with a side of cold stares. Shoutout to the one shining star—an Asian woman who actually treated us like humans. She smiled, she acknowledged our existence, and she singlehandedly saved this place from a one-star review. Everyone else? Let’s just say warmth and hospitality were clearly on their day off.

I had a really bad experience at this Wendy’s (South Regina). I actually saw one of the crew grab an old burger patty, sprinkle it with water, and reheat it and serve. The food tasted awful. On top of that, the oil they’re using seems way too old — my chicken nuggets were sticking together and felt greasy in a gross way. Honestly, it was very disappointing and didn’t feel safe or fresh at all.

Just went through drive through ordered a double bacon deluxe combo. And a jr cheese deluxe. NO fries given, even tho charged for them. Also only for a single bacon deluxe. Not worth the 15 min drive back to get fries.
