It took 5 minutes of waiting at the counter for someone to take our order. After paying, it took another 15 minutes of waiting for my groups three burgers. It was around 6:00 PM when we visited and it wasn't terribly busy maybe 2 other groups. I don't understand why a fast food resteraunt like wendys took so long.

After a customer orders PLEASE TELL THEM WHAT THEIR TOTAL IS! I shouldn’t have to ask as it is a basic part of drive through customer service.

With shrinkflation happening everywhere, the least we can expect is the quality of food remaining.
I don't like to write bad reviews, and normally I don't, but the sandwich we got last week actually had a bad smell. This is the second or third time it has happened in a row where the food wasn't good tasting at all in Wendy's.
With increasing food prices, decreasing portion size, and poor quality of food, I wonder what's the point of ordering food from outside?

Normally I'm happy with what I get which is the New Cobb salad. To much cheese and little lettuce. The main issue was the 3 strands of hair I found in my food. Absolutely gross and a huge turn-off of food. Not to mention there were 2 different hair types in the salad. Today was not a good day for their food/service.
