I had a really bad experience at this Wendy’s (South Regina). I actually saw one of the crew grab an old burger patty, sprinkle it with water, and reheat it and serve. The food tasted awful. On top of that, the oil they’re using seems way too old — my chicken nuggets were sticking together and felt greasy in a gross way. Honestly, it was very disappointing and didn’t feel safe or fresh at all.

Just went through drive through ordered a double bacon deluxe combo. And a jr cheese deluxe. NO fries given, even tho charged for them. Also only for a single bacon deluxe. Not worth the 15 min drive back to get fries.
GARBAGE SERVICE!!! Emily needs a better attitude to be working in customer service field. Absolutely no car in the DT lane but they want to cut you off for the order. No response when you're at the window when asked for less ice. Both the employees were in a bad attitude right in the afternoon at 12:28pm. Mind it IT WAS NOT EVEN BUSY!!!!!! Can't even imagine their attitude when it would be busy. They do need to do a better job. I didn't see the other guys' name but am sure management must have the name of who were working at the DT on July 19th, 2025 at 12:28pm.
