Support this dedicated woman! Bannock is consistently drool-worthy.. delicious comfort food. Her generosity within the community is heartfelt and makes a difference.
Her food is always good and her bannock is some of the best ive ever had. I’ definitely always have to come through when I’m in the city as I live out of province.

The staff are friendly and genuine, and the owner is dedicated to supporting the community. The menu features delicious options like the bacon cheese burger with fries and gravy, the amazing Auntie Burger, and the Uncle Burger with its divine spicy blueberry sauce. Their pre-mixed Bannock mix is a hit, and the Bannock Berry Bites are a must-try. With catering for big events and community give-back programs, Bannock Express goes above and beyond. With delivery available, it's a must-try in Saskatoon for true Canadian Indigenous cuisine. The burgers are charred to perfection, and the Bannock is absolutely incredible. Good food, good folks, and good Bannock make this place a hidden gem.
