The staff are young and jovial and having such a good time. there's giggling, jokes, I'm pretty sure the cook has a sign taped to his back (I don't think he knows about it) and it just takes me back to an easier time being a young adult and having fun. I have a mocha with a seahorse- the barista says it's definitely not, the other says it's a dragon....read full review

City Perks is all about community and comfort, and we absolutely love it. It’s one of our go-to places for client meetings because it has such a welcoming vibe. The coffee is fantastic, and their fresh baking is always a hit. When the weather’s nice, the patio is such a great place to sit and chat—it’s like being in your own little corner of the neighborhood. It’s the kind of place that just feels good to be in, and we always leave in a better mood.

City Perks Coffeehouse is a locally-owned, cozy, and welcoming community coffee shop. The mochas are described as excellent, with a strong, blended, and smooth taste. The coffee and food are praised as good, and the outdoor patio provides a nice setting to enjoy the visit. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, especially on the cute patio in warmer months. The friendly and attentive staff make visitors feel at home, and many appreciate the warm environment that many prefer over franchises. Customers enjoy items like the strawberry chocolate brownie and apple cinnamon croissant, which are noted as very good and enjoyable. The shop offers a variety of drinks, including expertly pulled espressos, creative seasonal lattes, filter coffee, and strawberry iced latte or strawberry Italian soda, which are quick and very good. Desserts such as lemon bars are also popular. The interior features a mix of modern and rustic touches, with comfortable chairs and fast Wi-Fi, making it a great place to work or relax. The space is bright and has good lighting, creating a perfect spot for studying or catching up with friends. Despite being on a busy street with a bus stop nearby, the atmosphere remains friendly and welcoming. Parking can be somewhat difficult as many City Hospital workers are forced to park on surrounding streets, but the helpful staff and community vibe make up for it. Customers also appreciate the warm environment over franchises and the attentive service, which enhances the experience. Overall, City Perks provides a great spot to unwind, support local business, and enjoy good food and drinks.
