“Thank you to the staff and specially to the manager of McDonald’s in Drive thru for your excellent customer service. Even though it was very busy and there was a mix-up with our order, you handled the situation smoothly and professionally.

Our milkshakes were unavailable, but you kindly offered complimentary drinks instead. We know how stressful and tiring it can be to work in a fast-food environment, especially during busy hours.

“Every couple months we pull up to this place on our way to Edmonton. It's always like 10-15 minutes before closing. They let us chill there until we are ready to leave. Always very polite, always super nice. I mean, it's McDonald's food, but the people are great. Go support them.“

“Always driving thru here in this branch every Saturday night and most of the time the soft serves are not available, there was this one time, nuggets are missing on my order, and there was a time that there's a nuggets but there's no dipping sauce in the bag..but because this branch is on our way, we still keep on coming here every Saturday night. It's a Mcdo nights for our kids.“

“I minimize how much I eat McDonald's food due to the preservatives but their Sausage and Egg McMuffin is such a tasty little breakfast sandwich. The patty hash browns are always good as is their coffee. The reason for not granting 5 stars is how often they mess up on orders. They gave me fries instead of a hashbrown patty in my breakfast lol. Didn't ask for fries. 😆“

“Visited McDonald’s - Walmart Stonebridge and had a great experience. Met a staff member named Tajinder who was very friendly and provided excellent customer care. All the staff looked active and focused on their work. Totally satisfied with the service!“

“Great little McDonald's.
Very typical McDonald's, We had issues with self-service kiosk. Have had this issue at so many McDonald's where the printer paper has runs out. In this case I didn't notice that the whole printer mechanism looked like someone had tried to break into it as it was severely damaged.

When I approached the customer service counter, they were very accommodating which was nice as sometimes it's hard to get anybody's attention but here it was quick and easy and not only that they noticed an issue with what I ordered and corrected it at no cost which was very appreciative. The customer service was absolutely fantastic.

also as we were eating in and noticed a lot of the tables were dirty so we mentioned that to one of the staff and immediately all the tables were washed and cleaned which was also appreciated.

“The coloured hair girl on the drive thru at night was super quick, took my order in seconds & passed me the food the minute I reached on the window. I could see that zeal in her.

“A really good experience at mcdonald today it was a 10/10 the girl that looked like the manager wearing a white long sleeve walking around the dining room asking everyone if they are okay she assisted me in my seat because I was elderly she was so kind and jolly and she greeted me with a smile and was very patience and kind as I place my orders. More server should be like her I was watching maybe it was only for me that she was nice but all through out she was giving the customer a good service and all customer seems to be smiling and enjoying her company.“

“Service is great! I didn't expect so much cleanness in this location due to external factors but it was pretty nice! Cuddos to a very hardworking gentleman I unfortunately couldn't get his name but it was something like Romel, he kept cleaning and supervising that tables were nice and tidy very often!
