Got a McDouble meal about 10 minutes ago. Got home to find this thing in the bag. Looks like they put ketchup on it, scraped it off and smothered it in McChicken sauce.
Just tossed it into the trash.

McDonald's provides hot and fast food with good management. The drive-through service can sometimes be slow, especially during busy times, but parking is easy to find with plenty of spots available. The restaurant is kid-friendly, offering happy meals, and is wheelchair accessible with front door parking. The location is convenient because it is in the middle of everywhere you want to go in the city, with excellent parking space and quick access to the freeway. Some customers feel the area may seem a bit sketchy, but it is a good choice for late-night eats or for those who grew up in a different neighborhood. Recent reviews highlight that the staff is friendly and the service is excellent, making it a great stop for travelers. Breakfast food is popular, and the drive-through is favored for morning meals. However, there are complaints about the coffee being frequently ordered incorrectly, especially the cookie butter oat milk cold brew, which has been made with cream or black, rather than oat milk or cold brew. Delivery orders have also faced issues, with items often missing or incorrect, particularly when customizing. Customers have tried the new Big Arch burger, which was okay, but it was disappointing that it lacked crispy onions, affecting the taste. Overall, it is a clean restaurant with a great atmosphere, but improvements in lobby and washroom cleanliness are suggested for an even better experience.
