The wine we had was a bit on the weak side to our taste. It was the Australian red blend. Your polenta was outstanding. It was our first time at POP Wine Bar and it did not disappoint. Our waitress was well informed on the food and bar options, her recommendation of food and wine pairing was spot on! We will be back.
The bison tartare was the best I ever had. The other dishes we tried were good but not outstanding. They only had one variety of oysters; I like to have at least 2 types to correct and contrast tastes.
