This might just be the best miso ramen in Saskatoon. The broth was creamy and the ingredients were fresh, egg was done perfectly and the noodles were excellent and chewy. Friendly, fast service even at noon on a Thursday!
An incredible hidden gem with plenty of outstanding vegan options. Dedicates a whole section to non-meat alternatives, from seitan and tofu among other options. Atmosphere and service is lovely. I tried several dishes and recommend the pad thai, lemongrass beef and curry soup. I’d skip the fried dumplings next time though as I’ve had better. Got to make a return here sometime soon.
The portions here are crazy. I had the loaded noodle bowl and it was so much meat! My only suggestion would be to decrease the amount of meat, increase the noodles a bit, and decrease the price a few bucks.
Overall the meat was the most flavourful and high quality meat I have had in a noodle bowl in Saskatoon. Definitely worth a try!
