typically we love PK and order once a month or so. however the last 2 times haven't been great. Tonight we ordered at 515pm and didn't receive our order until almost 7pm. uncertain if it was a delivery company or kitchen issue for the delay. When we finally received our order it was stone cold. we ordered the specials (burger and poutine) the burger was cold all the way through, and the poutine was soggy and the cheese wasn't melted at all.

normally i would reccomend them, as we do their turkey dinners for thanksgiving and stuff... but i ordered dry ribs and poutine for delivery for lunch today and it was not good, to say the least. the dry ribs were inconsitent, some being almost rock hard. the rest were so dry (dryer than they should be, my mouth felt like a desert). the poutine had barely any gravy on it, soggy fries.
