Very efficient and friendly staff. This is a hospital location, so clients range from every physical and emotional range, (patients, visitors) experiencing extreme stress in many cases. The staff treated every person with respect and I appreciated their patience when folks needed more time to work the scanner or decide on menu options.
It was a great experience for me. I really appreciate the way staff listens and also the customer service was exceptional as they try to go out of their way to help you.

I doubt ill ever be a fan of tim hortons as a whole or ever go back to considering them canadian but they do still have some fantastic people working there. The lady that was working drive thru when I got my timbits defines over and above. She made going to tim hortons feel worthwhile
