Service was very slow, considering it was quiet in the restaurant. It’s also very difficult to redeem points. I always have to make changes in my app to redeem points, and it may not always work. Please make this a better experience for the customer
For a fast food outlet, this place ranks up a few notches higher than most others. It's situated in a handy area for local businesses to have access for a bite of eat and a coffee.
Got a really good customer service from an Indian girl who worked yesterday afternoon from the backend who took my order. Rare to see such welcoming and polite attitude in other Tim Hortons locations. One other girl who works in Front end is also good at customer service. Appreciated for putting such staff.
