Slices made the way Vern's is supposed to be, which is getting to be a hard commodity to find anymore.
Of course there's no atmosphere, it's Vern's. Get a slice or pie and go home!

Stopped through Saskatoon on a Sunday morning road trip from Manitoba and decided to grab an early lunch at Vern's Pizza on a whim. The staff were genuinely welcoming, not just going through the motions, and they had no problem getting us sorted out even though we showed up right when they opened. I went with the pepperoni and mushroom pizza and it was honestly some of the best I've had outside of a proper Italian spot. Pizza was burnt was not like it should be. Waste of 65 bucks on a pizza. I have been to the other stores in saskatoon and we're great. This one showed up on my Google maps and didn't realize it was one I never been too
