First time trying their food. I may have found my fave BBQ in town. I ordered the PORK BELLY SANDWICH and that. was. PHENOMENAL. Pork Belly was so juicy and tender, it melts in your mouth. Definitely coming back here to try out the other sandwiches they serve. *chefs
My boyfriend and I tried this place today and oh my gosh… the brisket and burnt ends that we had were absolutely amazing!!! It was seasoned perfectly, cooked to perfection, and the meat just melts in your mouth.It is a bit on the expensive side but is worth every penny!

Wednesday's has my favourite pulled pork poutine. It's perfect! The cheese aren't curds and are pretty melty, but it's not super stringy; it is a good consistency imo.
