I have been here a handful of times. The ice cream is good, but it is a DQ, so you hope it would. The food can be hit or miss depending on who's cooking with either being undercooked or too much sauce. They also have made mistakes with orders of mine. When they do, they work hard to try to make it right, giving me either coupons or a discount.
Great service fast, friendly stop there whenever going through we get our food to eat in the parking lot. Once we are finished we go back through pick up dessert and park again to enjoy our ice cream. The servers are always friendly and fast.
Everyone is really nice and polite, and they work hard. The only issue (and really it's a small one IMHO) is the food is usually warm to Luke warm by the time you get to the drive through window after placing your order. And not enough fries, also, fries are not fried long enough they should not feel doughy when you bite into them - give them another minute to minute and a half in the deep-frier.
