A few years ago, while passing through town, I couldn't find any good Chinese food for miles. We happened upon ABC Wok in this random mall (quite empty at the time). Asked the guy to cook me something legit, and he delivered excellent Yang Chow Fried Rice.

I didn't expect this at all. From talking to the locals their's not many asian people in this area, yet their Chinese food is better than some cities like Montreal's Chinatown.

This is by far the best place for a nice buffet. I have gone here countless times and I will continue to go here. I just wish the hours were longer as the days I wish to take my kids here they are already closed or just about to close.
