Very slow since they fired the white people working here, the reason why staff is challenging because they turn over a lot of staff due to the actions of the owners I have worked here before it’s a sloppy setup and the colonel would be pretty disappointed in this KFC and this

Once again go to KFC drive thru at 4:30pm to be told that it would be over 17 minutes waiting for any chicken so when the chick in the drive thru asks what they could get us how about chicken that's actually ready at supper time. This is not the first time that this has happened either, you would think at supper time they would have food ready for their customers.

Food has appeared to have gone down hill over time. Just doesn't seem to hve the same taste quality. KFC used to be the Gravy to get but it has changed and almost tastes spoiled now. Do not care for the open box the large fries are now packaged in either.The young lady who was taking orders needs coaching on how to interact with costumers. Eye contact, a smile, communication with costumers goes a long way. I don't want her to ask my life story but acting like I am a burden on their time really makes me not want to burden your restaurant with my money. Over all... typical interaction like with most establishments. Lack luster and the only thing that keeps bringing me back is the KFC name and the hope that this time will be better than last.
Each time I go there I'm almost never disappointed with the foods, i am although almost always am disappointed with the soft drinks (specifically Pepsi), they just simply don't compare to McDonald's or something. if I had anything to say to the franchisee I'd say this, I think something needs repair or replacement on your fountain system.
well for casual this is ok but when asking for something from the the upfront person and they always run to ask someone for answer mean they don't give till person any respect. i ask for a 20 piece bucket all dark and they answer came back mostly dark and when i asked what that meant they had to run to back and ask the answer came back 10 dark 10 white . i left went to a &w for the meal.

Stopped for a bite. After ordering and waiting 15 minutes the staff came and told us it would be an additional 15 minutes.6 pm and they haven't got 8 pieces of chicken? Really? Empty dining room to boot.
