Food has appeared to have gone down hill over time. Just doesn't seem to hve the same taste quality. KFC used to be the Gravy to get but it has changed and almost tastes spoiled now. Do not care for the open box the large fries are now packaged in either.The young lady who was taking orders needs coaching on how to interact with costumers. Each time I go there I'm almost never disappointed with the foods, i am although almost always am disappointed with the soft drinks (specifically Pepsi), they just simply don't compare to McDonald's or something. if I had anything to say to the franchisee I'd say this, I think something needs repair or replacement on your fountain system.
