We stopped in randomly for lunch on a road trip across the prairies. What fantastic luck we chose the Nightjar Diner! The food is amazing. Fresh ingredients, a fusion of flavours that bring a unique twist to the cuisine here. The staff are very friendly. Definitely NOT any HO- HUM prairie diner here!

Wife and I had the tasting menu. Every dish was different and delicious. We both raved over the gravy/au jus on the meet and potatoes dish. The deserts (the trio), we're all amazing. My wife adored the lemon tart, and I couldn't stop eating the croissant bread pudding. We left stuffed but quite happy and weeks later are still talking about the su jus and the deserts. Thank you for a wonderful time.

My buddy and I stopped in here on our way to Canmore and it was highly recommended by our friend back in Winnipeg.

We had an overall great experience here! After a 7.5hr drive, this was just what we needed; amazing food, comforting vibes and just as awesome service by the staff!

We got an order of Steam Buns to start which were super flavorful. The Pork Belly Bao was especially exceptional.
