I like the Tim Horton's recycling program. Sometimes there are communication errors with staff and they don't always stir your drink the best, and I don't know if they've changed the customer is always right policy since I used to be employed there, but when error free the food and drink is delicious. They do have a tip jar that is split amongst everyone every 3 months or so....maybe some gratuities would help improve some of the technical difficulties.

Thank you so much for the wifi!! Travelling from Calgary to Regina and stopped to watch a virtual wedding in Ontario. Coffee, Boston cream, friend, wifi, and a wedding. Squeezing it all in!!

Being Americans that spent several years living in Canada in our past, whenever we come back to Canada, we have to stop at Tim Hortons! We're also passing on our love of Tim Hortons to our children! This particular location had a lovely 'fireplace' with chairs & coffee table, perfect for our group to sit & enjoy our drinks & donuts. I will say that not everything we ordered was quite right (my kids ordered white hot chocolates & they certainly looked...
